Delete your data

How to delete profiles, progress, subscriptions and anything stored on our server.

Ponderoo doesn't create online accounts. Profiles and progress live only on your device, so you can delete them yourself in a few taps.

Delete a profile on the device

  1. Open Ponderoo and tap Grown-up dashboard on the first screen.
  2. Pass the grown-up check.
  3. Pick the learner's tab, then under Manage tap Delete learner and confirm.

Delete everything on the device

In the Grown-up dashboard, under Privacy & legal, tap Delete all data on this device. Or simply delete the app.

Cancel a subscription

iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ponderoo → Cancel. Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ponderoo → Cancel.

Delete data on our server

We don't store questions, answers or profiles. The only things on our server are usage counters (deleted automatically within 40 days) and answers someone reported (deleted after 90 days). To have them deleted sooner, email hello@ponderoo.app with the subject "Delete my data". We'll confirm within 30 days. No account or password is needed.
